Speaking on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at a programme organized by Child Protection Networks in Nigeria, UNICEF, a Christian cleric, Pastor Yohanna Buru, said rape has caused damages and threats to young girls in the country. He said tougher punishments including life imprisonment, death sentence or castration should be applied to all rapists.
