Three weeks after granting scholarships to all prison inmates studying in the institutions, the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), yesterday awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A Theology) to a student of the school, and an inmate of the Kirikiri Prisons, Lagos, Mr. Albert Emmanuel Ajogbor.
