The Ebonyi State police command said they have arrested an Anglican church pastor, Paul Morah for allegedly defiling over 24 male children in Enyibichiri Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi State. The pastor is said to hail from Orji River in Enugu State but came to Ebonyi for pastoral mission according to investigation.
