INVOLVING advisory councillors in the 2016 Vodafone Coral Coast Carnival has made the annual event more community based, says Sigatoka Advisory Council president Pastor Shalendra Kumar. He said the carnival allowed advisory councillors from nearby settlements in Sigatoka to have a hands-on role in the running of the festival.
