PARADISE, Calif. - A pedestrian is home after being hit and almost killed by an alleged DUI driver in Paradise.
The driver was arrested for DUI after Paradise police said he struck a pedestrian on the 5600 block of Sawmill Road on Sunday, May 22. Matthew Diven, 25, was arrested for driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license.
