Ssemujju Nganda. The Forum for Democratic Change announced on Monday that it would soon embark on expanding its grassroots structures countrywide. The process will include electing leaders to different posts at all levels and motivating supporters, according to party spokesman Ssemujju Ibrahim Nganda.
