An Embu ACK pastor who allegedly defiled his seven-year-old niece says he is unable to stand trial because he has been mentally unstable ever since his house was burnt down. He yesterday said he is traumatised because he has no alternative shelter. The cleric alleges the complainant’s family torched his house.
