A performance of traditional music and folk dances will be one of the highlights during the Madaraka Day celebrations at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru County. President Uhuru Kenyatta will lead the festivities marking the 53rd anniversary of Kenya’s self-rule, which will, for the first time ever, be held outside Nairobi.
