REHOBOTH town council employee Charles Witbeen, who faces two theft cases, was recently arrested for fraud. Police spokesperson inspector Slogan Matheus on Friday confirmed, saying a case was opened on 16 May at the Rehoboth. Matheus said the complainant alleges Witbeen sold him two erven belonging to the town's council.
