New Delhi, June 1 (ANI): Congolese National Pastor Bertin Ektah on Wednesday dubbed Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar's remarks about Goans not being happy with the Nigerians' behavior as a 'misguided argument', saying he cannot put all Africans under the same radar and treat them as menace.
