The man killed Tuesday (May 31) in a Harvey double shooting has been identified by the Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office as Bridge City teen Theodore Monroe III. Another man was wounded. Mark Bone, the coroner's chief investigator, said Monroe, 19, died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
