A man was killed and another one wounded in a shooting in Harvey on Tuesday afternoon (May 31), according to Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office authorities and witnesses. Deputies discovered a man's body around 1:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Esther Street, said JPSO spokesman Col. John Fortunato.
