HANOVER, VA (WWBT) - The mother of a young Hanover crash victim is spending this Memorial Day weekend reaching out to area youth. The Hanover Strong Community Gathering is meant to remember 17-year-old Dylan Ballard and 22-year-old Elliot Hinton, "It just hurt this community so much," said speaker Michael Goodman.
