COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (AP) — An Idaho man accused of shooting a pastor will face an aggravated battery charge instead of attempted murder. The Spokesman-Review reports (http://bit.ly/25jLxiZ) that the Kootenai County Prosecuting Attorney's Office is also charging Kyle Andrew Odom with using a deadly weapon in committing a felony.
