The driver of the Ohio church van that crashed into a moving train last summer, killing an adult and injuring nine children, has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. A grand jury in southwest Ohio's Butler County on Wednesday indicted 63-year-old Judith Ashley on charges that also include vehicular assault and endangering children.
