THE National Pledge has raised some very strong emotions among the Zimbabwean population. The problem, from how I see it, is that it emanates from a few key issues, namely: -The failure by the Minister of Primary and Secondary Education, Lazarus Dokora, to engage the parents in the formulation of the pledge.
