A coalition of union members, activists and others are pressuring Cleveland officials to back a proposal that will set a $15-an-hour minimum wage in Cleveland. The coalition, Rise Up Cleveland, collected enough voter signatures to compel Cleveland City Council to consider a minimum-wage ordinance.
