A park-and-ride lot on Lindberg Drive that Slidell-area residents commuting to New Orleans have used since the early 1990s will be auctioned off Thursday by the state Department of Transportation and Development likely forcing more than 100 commuters to change their daily routine and find a new place to catch their van or carpool.
