TAUNTON -- Friends of Sheenah Savoy, a Bertucci’s Italian Restaurant waitress who was seriously injured during a deadly stabbing spree in Taunton Tuesday, are praising the heroics of a 56-year-old teacher who lost his life while trying to stop the brutal attack. “He saved her life,” Heidi Pinto, a friend and neighbor of Savoy, said Thursday.
