Dozens of ex-convicts are unable to leave the prison camps to their various homes due to rejection by family members, Ghana Prisons Service has disclosed. Chaplain of Amanfrom Prisons Camp in the Ashanti Region, ASP Osei Kufuor, disclosed this development has served as a huge setback for the Service.
