‘Social host’ ordinance is good step for El Paso. I graduated from high school in El Paso in 2010, and in my four years there, I watched too many of my peers be in danger at house parties where alcohol was easily available. Too many parents turned their heads and hoped disaster would not happen. I think that El Paso can do better.
