5:28 p.m.: A Rhoden family member, Kenny, called 911 stating he thought he was being followed after he left a Speedway parking lot. Rhoden told the 911 operator that at least two people had been following him for eight to 10 miles. He said that the forest green, newer model Chrysler had tried to cut him off.
