MIDDLETOWN — Rick McCrabb Pastor Lamar Ferrell, lead chaplain for the Middletown police and fire departments, went to Parkway Inn on Wednesday night to console upset firefighters and police officers who responded to a 911 call and found two young boys severely beaten.
