Sen. Gerald Malloy said Thursday that the Senate will hold a ceremony at 4 p.m. on May 25. A Senate committee picked artist Larry Lebby to paint Pinckney's picture. Lebby's work has been displayed throughout the United States in places such as the White House, the Smithsonian Institute, the United Nations and the U.
