A Twin Lakes pastor faces charges of child enticement after authorities say he planned to meet a person he thought to be a 13-year-old girl for sex while in Oshkosh for a pastor's conference. The Rev. Joshua C. Scheil, 28, of Trevor, was charged Monday in Winnebago County Circuit Court, where Commissioner Bryan Keberlein set a $10,000 cash bond.
