| 'Cursed' derelict Cook Islands hotel being offered for sale |
|
Locals say the former Sheraton Hotel, which has been lying half-finished for 25 years, is cursed after a shooting over land ownership in 1911.
The daughter of the victim carried out an act of sorcery two years later, saying that no business or activity would ever succeed unless the land was returned to its rightful owners.
