He's been "saved" from prosecution. A hellish ordeal for a Manhattan pastor was put to rest Monday when prosecutors tossed charges that he’d stolen from church coffers last year. Daniel Iampaglia, 73, was teary-eyed after the Manhattan District Attorney's office dropped the case "because it could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
