Residents of Rugando Cell in Kimihurura have been urged to uproot genocide ideology and unite for common vision as the 22nd commemoration of the Genocide against the Tutsis kicks off. These remarks were made on Thursday by parliamentarian Yvonne Uwayisenga at the occasion of starting the commemoration at Rugando Cell's offices in Kigali.
