Daniel Abia P/HARCOURT. The Rivers State Police Command on Friday said that it arrested four suspected kidnappers, one armed robber and recovered stolen vehicles. A statement by Ahmed Mohammed, Police Public Relations Officer, said the arrest was made at Ohigha in Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government and Diobu, Port Harcourt.
