BALTIMORE (WJZ) — In just a few days, April 12 specifically, it will be the one-year anniversary of the arrest of Freddie Gray. He died a week later after suffering injuries during his arrest. With the anniversary quickly approaching, WJZ has learned that Baltimore’s mayor will be out of the country.
