DURAND -- A church for bikers could buy a vacant elementary school that’s west of Flint. The Argus-Press of Owosso reported Wednesday that members of the Durand Board of Education have agreed to create a resolution to accept a $125,000 bid on Doyle Knight Elementary from Victory Biker Church. A vote is scheduled for April 18.
