BALTIMORE (WJZ) — In just a few days, April 12 marks the one year anniversary of the arrest of Freddie Gray. The 25-year-old was taken into custody by Baltimore City police and died a week later. WJZ has learned that during the anniversary, the city’s top leader will be out of the country.
