When Betty and Bill Ridenour, both 92, went to El Cajon’s City Hall to get their marriage license, the clerk told them the marrying couple had to obtain it in person. The clerk didn’t realize that the Ridenours were the marrying couple. Their wedding was held July 17 at Gateway Church in El Cajon, with Pastor Mark Jappee and the Rev.
