Auxiliary Bishop Basil Cho Kyu-man of Seoul has been named head of the Diocese of Wonju, replacing Bishop Jacobus Kim Ji-Seok. Father Enrique V. Macaraeg has been named the new bishop of the Diocese of Tarlac in the Philippines, replacing Bishop Florentino F. Cinense. Bishop Cho currently serves as the Archdiocese of Seoul’s vicar general.
