Vocational skills trainers, Rullion Capacity Builders, recently held its 10th graduation ceremony for participants of its skills acquisition programme in Lagos. The three-week intensive programme included courses in cake baking and decoration, events planning/management/decoration, slippers, sandals and bag making and photography among others.
