A white Memphis police officer who claims he is suffering from PTSD after fatally shooting black teen Darrius Stewart will get his pension, but Stewart's outraged father said they are "not going to take this lying down." The retirement of Officer Connor Schilling, who was cleared of criminal charges, was granted by the city's pension board.
