The man who brandished a gun inside the Capitol building in Washington this week was a pastor claiming that God had told him the minimum wage was too low.
Larry Russell Dawson was shot by police on Monday when he produced a gun and waved it around at the tourist centre. Dawson, 66, has clashed with Capitol Hill police before.
