The former Municipal Comfort Station -- a public restroom for traveling men -- opened in 1925 at Ninth and O streets in downtown Lincoln. The building has been renovated into space for an apartment or business and is now for rent.
Owner Monte Froehlich renamed the comfort station the Grand Manse Pavilion and added a rooftop deck.
