Dear people of Guam: On March 5, Rainbows for All Children of Guam jubilantly held its 28th annual Rainbows 3.5-mile Run Walk for Youth 2016. The climate was perfect — lovely gentle winds, mild sunrise. Infants, toddlers, juniors, adolescents, families and friends warmed up with the Synergy team of Zumba.
