Federal prosecutors want a judge to freeze the assets of a priest sentenced to 17 years in prison for molesting Honduran orphans, saying he hasn't paid the $70,000 in fines and restitution the court ordered and has been transferring money and property to his niece as part of a plan captured on a recorded jailhouse phone call.
