Pat Hurley, landlady of One Eyed Jacks pub in Barton Street, is calling for more funding to tidy an area which she describes as having "special needs". She said: "This is a completely unique part of the city. "Flytipping is getting worse and I can't imagine how bad it could get if changes are not made.
