A 15-year-old boy in West Virginia died after an arrow struck him in the head Saturday while playing with friends, according to state police. Caleb Fairchild was playing a game called "dodging arrows" with at least two other friends in the yard of a home near the town of Chapmanville when the arrow hit him in the head, First Sgt.
