A male victim was shot around the 2000 block of Simon Bolivar Avenue Thursday evening (March 17), New Orleans police said. The shooting occurred about 7:30 p.m. Police investigated in the 2200 block of St. Andrew Street, near the side of Peoples United Methodist Church.
