The Kwara State government has taken over the prosecution of prophet Gabriel Josaya, (a.k.a) Eli-Wakuku who was allegedly caught with human heads and parts in Ilorin, the state capital. Eli-Wakuku is the founder of St Moses Orimolade Cherubim and Seraphim church, Osere, Ilorin .
