On Saturday, Candace King-Williams went to the scene of a mass shooting in Wilkinsburg. She drove around the block and spent some time in the alley behind 1304 Franklin Ave., where one of two gunmen opened fire on the crowd that had been gathered in the backyard for a cookout.
