47. Afeez Hanafi. Residents of Ishaga/Oroja, an estate in the Meiran area of Lagos State, have lamented the death of two pupils, who drowned in a flooded gully while returning from a school in the community. They blamed the flood on the poor design of a canal and an uncompleted drainage channel in the estate, saying the gully was caused by erosion.
