A man was charged yesterday with creating a disturbance by calling his pastor a dog and threatening to beat him with a torch. Vincent Mutoka, a Britam employee, allegedly called pastor Philemon Luluzi of Outreach Christian Ministries a dog and threatened to harm him. He allegedly committed the offence on March 8 in Shauri Moyo.
