After a delay because of fog, Donald Trump’s rally at Lenoir-Rhyne University began before noon with an introduction from New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and the quick removal of nearly a dozen protesters. Christie introduced Trump nearly two hours after the rally was scheduled to begin. “We have 5,000 people outside, can’t get in,” Trump said.
