The building project, contingent upon church board approval next week, is a part of a larger campaign focused on positioning the church for its next 100 years in downtown Minneapolis. It hopes to raise up to $7 million for community services, including over $4.2 million for new affordable housing in the city, said senior pastor Tim Hart-Andersen.
