DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — The younger brother of an Ohio pastor who was shot in a church office near the end of Sunday services has been indicted on murder charges. Daniel Schooler earlier pleaded not guilty to preliminary murder charges after his Feb. 28 arrest at St. Peter’s Missionary Baptist Church in Dayton.
